  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until combined. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
