- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon chipotle powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ½ cup cooked edamame
- ½ avocado
Instructions
- Cut the salmon filets into 2-inch cubes after patting them dry.
