  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 5 oz fresh baby spinach
  • 1 lb puff pastry (1 package)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Sauté shallots and garlic in butter until translucent. Add white wine, reduce liquid, then stir in cream cheese and spinach mixture.
  2. Roll out puff pastry into four pieces. Place salmon fillet on each piece and top with spinach mixture.
