Ingredients
- 4 medium apples
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- Salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the apple filling by cooking sliced apples with butter, brown sugar, spices, and cornstarch until tender. Set aside to cool.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into the bottom of the prepared pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
