  • 10 ounces marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 10 ounces caramels or caramel bites
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add marshmallows until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Mix in Rice Krispies until evenly coated; press into the prepared dish.
  4. In another saucepan, melt caramels with condensed milk and butter over medium heat until smooth; pour over the Rice Krispie base and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Heat heavy cream; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until melted. Drizzle over the caramel layer and sprinkle with more sea salt.
  6. Let sit for about an hour at room temperature before cutting into squares.
