  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 23 fresh garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
