Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour into the skillet and gently scramble until creamy.
  3. Mix in cooked sausage and shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Spoon filling onto each tortilla, fold sides in, and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  5. Optionally, toast the roll-ups seam-side down in a nonstick skillet until crispy.
  6. Serve warm.
