  • 24 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10.5 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  3. Transfer the shrimp to a plate using a slotted spoon; keep the garlic butter in the skillet.
