Ingredients
- 750g chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, quartered
- 3 tsp garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 250ml chicken stock
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 500g broccoli florets
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by adding chicken chunks, onions, garlic, ginger, chicken stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours.
- Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and stir into the slow cooker during the last half hour of cooking.
- Add broccoli florets and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles.
