  • 14 oz. kielbasa sausage (cut into pieces)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Seasonings: creole seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a greased slow cooker, combine hash browns, kielbasa sausage, diced onion, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, creole seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the hash brown mix in the slow cooker and stir well.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
