  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, then season with Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add sliced smoked sausage, diced onion, and green bell pepper; mix until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
