  • Sunflower oil spray
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

  2. Remove the outer husk leaves, leaving one layer on each corn cob, and pull out any silk threads.
  3. Boil the prepared corn in a large pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender; then drain well.
  4. Peel back the husks and lightly spray each cob with sunflower oil.
  5. Rub cajun seasoning and smoked paprika all over the corn.
  6. Grill the seasoned corn for approximately 10 minutes, turning regularly until tender and slightly charred.
