Ingredients
- 2 boxes of brownie mix (Ghirardelli recommended)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 package graham crackers
- 2 chocolate bars (1.55 ounces each)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix the brownie batter according to package directions and pour it into the prepared pan.
- While the brownies bake, crush graham crackers into fine pieces using a plastic bag.
- Once baked, turn on the broiler and evenly sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the brownies.
- Add crushed graham crackers over the marshmallows, then return the pan to the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until toasted (watch closely).
- Remove from oven and gently press chocolate pieces into the melted marshmallows.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
