Instructions

- Knead on a floured surface until smooth and slightly tacky (3–4 minutes).
- Place dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise for 60–90 minutes until doubled.
- Prepare the topping by mixing softened butter with herbs and garlic powder.
- Divide risen dough into 12 pieces; flatten each piece and spread with the butter mixture before folding.
- Arrange in a greased loaf pan; let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
