  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add chopped artichokes, drained spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
