  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook jumbo shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the mixture.
  5. Spread half marinara in a baking dish; arrange filled shells on top. Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
