  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed but cold)
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and spinach until well mixed.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over it, leaving one edge empty for sealing.
  3. Tightly roll the pastry into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the chilled log into half-inch rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush each pinwheel with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
