  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz candy melts
  • Sprinkles or nonpareils for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (check cake mix instructions).
  2. Combine cake mix, oil, milk, eggs, and softened butter in a bowl; pour into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake as per package directions; check doneness with a toothpick.

  5. Roll mixture into 1¼-inch balls; chill for 15 minutes.
  6. Dip lollipop sticks in melted candy melts and insert into each ball; freeze again for another 15 minutes.
