Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, spices, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: canola oil, canned pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- For the cream cheese filling, blend softened cream cheese with sugar, milk, flour, and vanilla until smooth.
