  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 67 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 23 tablespoons teriyaki or hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Garnish: sliced green onions or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and diced onion; sauté until softened (1-2 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for about 45 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cooked ramen noodles along with teriyaki or hoisin sauce, soy sauce, butter, and eggs; mix well.
