Instructions

  2. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, softened butter, and half-and-half; stir consistently until boiling.
  4. Boil for 3–4 minutes while stirring continuously.
  5. Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, cover, and let sit for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir until smooth; then mix in marshmallow cream and vanilla extract until fully integrated.
  7. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  8. Mix the red gel mixture into the remaining fudge and pour dollops onto the white layer.
  9. Use a butter knife to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  10. Cool completely overnight before cutting into squares.
