- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water and let it cool to room temperature.
- Crush the pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Mix sliced strawberries into cooled Jell-O and pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set (2-4 hours).
