  • 4 slices good quality white bread
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 8 oz Tillamook White Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/3 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
  • Softened butter

Instructions

  1. Generously spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer one slice with Tillamook cheese, bacon, and sun-dried tomatoes. Top with another slice of cheese and cover with the second bread slice, pesto side out.
  3. Mix softened butter with a small amount of pesto in a bowl.
