  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef thoroughly. Add taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water; simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Assemble your bowls by layering roasted sweet potatoes, cooked beef, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
