- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat together vegetable oil, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth; add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in the milk until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; mix gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 28–33 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
