- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream

- Reduce heat to medium, then add onions, celery, and carrots; sauté for about 3–5 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.

- Add chicken broth and beans; bring to a simmer for around 6–7 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and spinach until the spinach wilts (approximately 5 minutes).
