- 12 oz bacon
- 1 cup half and half (or heavy cream)

- 1 packet dry Ranch salad dressing mix
- Sour cream
- Garlic salt
- Onion powder
- Green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. Scrub potatoes clean, then rub with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake potatoes for 60–75 minutes until tender. Lower the oven temperature to 350°F.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside to drain on paper towels.
- Cut baked potatoes in half and scoop insides into a mixing bowl. Mash until chunky.
- Mix in sour cream, half and half, melted butter, Ranch seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fold in cooked bacon (reserve some for topping), cheese, and sliced green onions.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish; top with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
