Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 2 cups Mexican-style shredded cheese
- 1 bag Fritos corn chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions until cooked through.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil.
- Mix in black beans, diced tomatoes, and sour cream; cook until heated through.
- Layer Fritos at the bottom of the baking dish, then add half of the beef mixture followed by a cup of cheese. Repeat layers.
