Instructions

- In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, half of the cucumber, half of the bell pepper, two tomatoes, and red onion; blend until smooth while adding the vinegar mixture.
- Pour blended broth into a large container; stir in remaining diced watermelon, cucumber, bell pepper, one tomato, jalapeño, basil, and parsley.
